Products are shipped upon receipt of payment in full. Products are shipped directly from the manufature to the supplied delivery address. Any customs or import duties or taxes are not the responsibility of Monofins NZ.
In the unlikely event that goods are damaged in transit, please provide photos of the damaged packaging and goods. We will arrange replacement good to be sent as soon as possible.

Within New Zealand

Tracking numbers will be provided for goods shipped via Courier.
